2317 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 2317 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. By using the 2317 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the 2317 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.
1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By browsing, registering, or using any part of the 2317 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and the 2317 management. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 2317 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register by providing false information about their age will face account closure and forfeiture of any unclaimed winnings. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time via valid identification documents.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 2317 regarding use of the platform. Any verbal or written agreement that contradicts these terms will not be recognised by us. You are responsible for reviewing all term updates periodically, as continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2317 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. 2317 reserves the right to verify the validity of the information provided at any time through an identity review process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 2317 support team immediately at [email protected]. 2317 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account security.
To maintain platform security and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, 2317 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users, including copies of their ID card, bank statements, or other relevant supporting documents. This verification process, known as KYC, is mandatory for users making their first withdrawal or when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access.
3Platform Usage Rules
2317 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots to place bets, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action as well as account closure. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify suspicious activity and reserve the right to act on any violations immediately.
Users are prohibited from using the 2317 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. This includes but is not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, and any form of financial misconduct. Any activity suspected of violating the law will be reported to the relevant authorities, and 2317 will provide full cooperation in any official investigation.
Using a VPN or location-masking software to access the 2317 platform from a restricted region is strictly prohibited. Users found in violation of this rule risk losing access to the platform and having any account balance forfeited without compensation. These rules are in place to protect users who use the platform honestly and responsibly.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2317 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including FPX, e-wallets, and bank transfers. 2317 is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers during transaction processing.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the service provider. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further investigation. Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified in the same name as the user registered with 2317. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. 2317 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require additional security review in order to protect users' interests.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 2317 are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated in the respective promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been fully met. 2317 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or through misuse of the promotions system. 5Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
2317 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical delays at all times. We are not liable for any financial or non-financial losses incurred by users as a result of technical disruptions, system failures, or service outages beyond our control. That said, 2317 is committed to resolving any disruptions as quickly as possible and will notify users through our official channels in the event of scheduled maintenance.
All content on the 2317 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 2317 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2317. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in appropriate legal action.
The 2317 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 2317 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those sites before providing any personal information. 2317 has no control over external website content and is not liable for any losses arising from the use of third-party services.
2317 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of terms of use, or any unlawful activity. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of 2317 management based on the outcome of the investigation conducted. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may submit an appeal by emailing [email protected].
6Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
2317 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Changes to the terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform unless otherwise stated. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address; however, it remains the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the 2317 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to the use of the 2317 platform and these terms.
